Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy, Hauser Institute for Nonprofit Organizations

Ann Thornburg, Adjunct Lecturer in Public Policy, was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers for 24 years where she specialized in audit and consulting services to health care, educational, and nonprofit organizations. Her consulting clients included many of the leading academic medical centers with a focus on the design and implementation of financial systems and in operational reviews and mergers of health care organizations.

She also led the health care and services industry programs in Metro New York and the Northeast for the firm and served as an elected member of the PwC Board of Partners. 

She has a BBA from the University of Wisconsin (Eau Claire) and an MBA from Boston University. She has served on the boards of nonprofit and professional organizations including Children’s Hospital and Medical Center (Boston) and Allied Health Care International (NASDAQ).
