Lecturer in Extension, Harvard University

Christopher Queen is a lecturer in Extension at Harvard University. He served as dean of students and alumni affairs at the Extension School from 1989 to 2009. He has earned degrees in the study of religion from Oberlin College, Union Theological Seminary, and Boston University, with additional graduate studies at Harvard Divinity School. He has edited and contributed to four anthologies on contemporary Buddhism and authored numerous articles and chapters on socially engaged Buddhism in Asia and the West. His current research is on the changing role of religion and spirituality in a post-traditional world.
