Margaret Andrews is on a mission to improve the world by improving the craft of leadership—one ambitious, talented individual at a time. She has over twenty years of experience in business and academic leadership, teaching, and public speaking and has held a variety of senior management positions, spoken to audiences across the globe, and is adept at bringing ideas, people and processes together to enhance innovation and improve results. Andrews has created and taught courses and executive and professional programs in leadership, emotional intelligence, creativity and innovation, and strategy, and taught and spoken at events in the United States, South America, Asia, and Europe. She is the former associate dean for management programs at Harvard University's Division of Continuing Education and, prior to this, was executive director at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) Sloan School of Management, where she managed the MBA program, admissions, student affairs, career development, marketing, alumni relations, and the MIT Sloan Management Review. Previous positions include vice president of marketing at Putnam Investments, as well as being a certified public accountant (CPA) at Deloitte & Touche and a consultant at Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman). Andrews hails from California and has an undergraduate degree from the University of California at Berkeley. She is also a graduate of MIT Sloan, where she was named a Seley Scholar, the school's highest honor.
