Course description

Join Ariadne Lab’s Serious Illness Care Program for our inaugural virtual summit to learn more about advancing equity and access to high quality serious illness communication and care. Participants will gain strategies and tools for improving clinical culture and connect with a community of serious illness care practitioners. All participants will have the opportunity to access new digital learning modules to support implementation of the Serious Illness Care Program, including downloadable tools and resources. A limited number of seats will be available for our new simulation-based training in how to use the Serious Illness Conversation Guide. Details for registering for simulation-based training will occur closer to the start of the Summit, and sign-ups will take place on a first-come, first-serve basis.
