Course description

This course provides an overview of the statutes and common and constitutional law relating to the achievement of environmentally sustainable societies. Progress towards this goal depends on a citizenry actively engaged with its system of governance, ensuring that common needs are met. Students in this course explore how to use the tools of law and other governmental action to foster the development of more responsible systems.
