Management of Pancreatic Disorders for the Practicing Clinician

The program will focus on the multidisciplinary care including medical management and interventional and surgical approaches to treatment. We will engage physician assistants, nurse practitioners, and registered dietitians as part of our faculty planning committee. Pancreatic diseases require multidisciplinary care and we would like to ensure that all lectures are informative for all physician and non-physician attendees. Care of pancreatic patients is varied based on provider experience and level of comfort. Our goal in this course, is to provide evidence-based recommendations along with practical clinical care pearls so that all providers improve the quality of care provided to patients with pancreatic disorders.
The following topics will be covered: acute pancreatitis, chronic pancreatitis, pancreatic cysts, and autoimmune and hereditary pancreatitis.
