Course description

Root resorption presents a complex clinical challenge in endodontics, requiring accurate diagnosis, individualized treatment planning, and meticulous execution to preserve the affected tooth. This lecture will provide a comprehensive overview of the etiology, classification, and clinical presentation of root resorption, with a focus on internal and external resorptive processes. Emphasis will be placed on contemporary diagnostic tools and evidence-based strategies for intervention. Treatment modalities will be discussed through clinical case examples. By the end of the session, participants will be equipped with the knowledge to confidently diagnose and manage various forms of root resorption using current best practices.
