Course description

Hybrid work is here to stay. However, companies, industries, and leaders face enduring challenges in adapting and thriving in both their workplace and ways of working in this new era.

In this program, informed by research on the modern workplace, we look at the spaces, technology, and cultures shaping work and workplaces to help teams and leaders answer the question: “How will we redesign our workplace and the way we work?”

Divided into three modules — Spaces, Technology, and Culture — the course will use a scaffolded approach to provide participants, regardless of background, with the resources to take actionable steps towards transforming their workplaces. Participants will also emerge fortified by the unique collection of experiences of their fellow professionals, which are shared freely in the classroom discussion.
