Course description

Whether your organization has implemented value-based care (VBC) as a payment model, or you are curious what the buzz is about, this course will provide a deep dive into VBC so that you’re prepared to navigate a payment model change and improve patient care.

VBC also serves as the cornerstone of many state-sponsored Accountable Care Organization (ACO) structures. By its very nature, VBC is designed to improve patient care. However, large organizational changes often come with major hiccups. This course is led by faculty who have real-world experience in VBC and with ACOs. They’ll teach proven methods to move toward VBC payment structures. After attending the one-day course, managers and leaders will be equipped to prepare their entire team (clinical and non-clinical) for VBC.
