Course description

Disruptive Strategy consists of 30 to 35 hours of material developed by Clayton Christensen and delivered over six weeks with a flexible program structure. There is no set time to log in. You complete the coursework, which consists of a highly-engaging mix of short videos, multimedia cases, interactive learning exercises, and written reflections, on your own time while meeting regular deadlines. Two group exercises and an individual final paper are also required for course completion. All course material is delivered through our innovative course platform. While there is no direct real-time interaction with the faculty built into the course, current and former students may be invited to special events, both on and off-line, where the faculty is present.

Our learning model centers around the Harvard Business School case method, featuring interviews with business leaders and executives from companies around the world who candidly discuss challenges they've faced or obstacles they've overcome. We ask you to step into their shoes and engage with your peers to work through these real-world business scenarios.

The featured experts in Disruptive Strategy represent some of the best and brightest from the worlds of technology, consumer products, finance, and more. You will learn from industry-leading experts from companies like WR Hambrecht & Co., Google, EMC, and Norse Atlantic Airways.

Join us in Disruptive Strategy with Clayton Christensen and Willy C. Shih. Together, we’ll forge a new path in online learning as you accelerate your career.
