Course description

Women’s health is shaped by complex biological, hormonal, and systemic factors, yet it is often addressed through fragmented narratives and wellness trends that lack clinical depth. Despite decades of research, this oversimplification can make it difficult to access credible, evidence-based guidance and to make informed decisions that support long-term health and well-being.

The Women’s Health and Wellness Program from Harvard Medical School Executive Education is a six-week online program that offers a rigorous, science-driven exploration of women’s health. Led by an all-women team of Harvard Medical School faculty and renowned physicians, the program bridges clinical science with everyday wellness through self-paced modules, live sessions, and a capstone project. Participants examine the interconnected science of hormonal, cardiovascular, brain, and emotional health and gain practical, evidence-based strategies to critically evaluate health claims, strengthen long-term wellness, and advance women’s health for themselves, their clients, and their communities.
