Biography
Professor Julia Minson is a social psychologist renowned for her pioneering research on disagreement, negotiation, judgment, and decision-making. She has developed groundbreaking interventions for maximizing the benefits of collaboration, at any scale or in any context. She is an Associate Professor of Public Policy at the Harvard Kennedy School of Government where she leads the Minson Conflict and Collaboration Lab.
