Developing Yourself as a Leader—Virtual is designed to equip emerging leaders with those skills and immediately apply them in the workplace. Participants shape their own path toward growth and personal development as they engage with Harvard Business School faculty and development mentors. This program is fully remote and designed so participants get a highly personalized experience without having to travel to campus and interrupt their current work schedules.
